Hi Barbara.....This is a wonderful painting! I love so many of them. My fingers would be calloused if I commented on all the ones I really liked! :O) My Mom started oil painting in her 60s, I believe it was. She passed away 3 years ago at the ripe old age of 92! Your work reminds me of her. Years ago, several of her paintings were stolen, while on display at a show in a local bank, in NYC. At first disheartened, we soon realized she could not have received a much finer compliment! :O)

Thank you so much, Tom, for your supportive comments. The same thing happened to an artist friend of mine (theft) and he reached the same conclusion. Too bad, tho', that the thief lacked the money or will to purchase them! :-))
